  • Constructed Fully Centralised A/C Auditorium which can accommodate 1500 delegates at a time in 2009 and install incinerator for waste disposal -Total cost Rs 17000000/-. Its handed over to GMC, TSR after signing MoU with Government It is maintained by TMCAA with security staff and Cleaning staff and the total maintenance cost /year comes 2000000/-
  • Recently constructed and handed over to our Institution an Indoor stadium with all stipulations indicated by Medical Council Of India. Total cost Rs.60000000/-.Its also maintained by TMCAA as per MoU between Government and TMCAA.
  • Constructed a bystander resting area in NMCH with all facilities Cost Rs 4000000/-
  • Renovated and Maintaining road named as ALUMNI AVENUE at a cost of Rs 3000000/-
  • Renovated the Medical and Paediatric ICU with all facilities Total cost Rs 2000000/-
  • Renovated the area in front of NMCH casualty with tiles and putting automatic barrier gates for parking Cost Rs.1500000/-
  • Renovated Animal House which is essential for MCI recognition and our Institution got a license from the Central Forestry Ministry to keep and breed animals for the experimental purpose.
  • Renovated the Physical Education Department with ultra modern facilities for bodybuilding exercises.
  • Donated one dialysis machine for Nephrology Unit Cost Rs 1300000/-
  • Donated Oxygen Concentrators for Pulmonology Department Cost Rs.500000/-
  • Donated high-quality new bed covers for Inpatient use costing Rs.900000/-
  • Supporting E -Campus project which ensures paperless enrollment of UG /PG students.
  • Supported cleaning and painting of new academic block cost Rs.1000000/-
  • Fully sponsoring Interdepartmental academic meets for 2 years
  • Now we are Renovated old lecture halls near ICH to convert it a big examination hall which can accommodate 250 students at a time with all specifications of KUHS and the estimate comes about Rs.3000000/-
